Getting Started with Million Podcasts

Welcome to Million Podcasts, the leading platform designed for PR professionals, marketers, and outreach managers to connect with over 1 million active podcasters. This guide will walk you through the key features and show you how to make the most of your podcast outreach efforts.

An user can search for podcasts by clicking on the Search button on the left panel of your screen. You can also do the same by clicking on the Search bar on the Home page or refer to the popular categories below for a more generalized and refined search.

You can narrow down your search by sorting podcasts based on their social media following (Twitter, Instagram, etc.) and engagement to target influencers.

Results can be filtered based on the words/phrases to be matched, location or by searching in podcast titles, descriptions, location, host names or producers by clicking on the checkboxes.

You can create a list by selecting podcasts to add in the list. You can add as many podcasts as per your needs and click on Add to List.

You can either add the podcasts to an existing list or create a new list and name it as per your choice.

You can view or access your list by going to the Manage List section and selecting the list that you’ve created.(Eg. art)

Podcasts can also be removed by selecting them and clicking on the Remove from List button.

Click on the Export or Preview button to export your list. You’ll be given an option to select the list of columns that you want to export or preview.

You can either select all the columns by selecting the Select All option or can select the columns of your choice. Once you’re done selecting the columns, click on the Next button to continue.

Next, select the file format in which you want to export your list. Click on export after selecting the file format.

A download link will be available within a minute or two. Proceed by clicking on the Download button. Your list will be downloaded in your desired format.

You can view the number of credits that are used by clicking on the profile icon, which is at the bottom left of your screen.

Below is a detailed breakdown of how podcast credits are used and tips to maximize their efficiency.

Each time you click the View Contact button for a podcast, one credit is deducted from your quota.

Example:

Suppose if you view the contact details of 1 unique podcast, you will use 1 credit.

Note: Even if you revisit the same contact later, it won’t consume additional credits—credits are only used the first time you view a unique podcast contact.

When you export a list of podcasts, the number of credits used will equal the number of podcasts in the list.

Example:

Suppose if you export a podcast list containing 25 podcasts, you will use 25 credits.

You can also view the number of credits remaining by going to Settings and selecting the Quota section.

You can visit your profile by clicking on the profile icon on the bottom left of your screen and then selecting the Settings option.

Click on the Profile icon as shown below.

You may now change or update your personal information. Once you’re done updating, click on Save Changes to save the changes that you made.

Million Podcasts offers monthly as well as yearly subscription plans to suit the needs of professionals and organizations of all sizes.

Monthly Plan

Monthly plans offer podcast credits each month, which can be used to view contact information or export lists. Any unused credits roll over to the next month, allowing you to accumulate credits as long as your subscription remains active.

If you exhaust your credits within the month, you have the option to upgrade to a higher plan or switch to an annual plan for greater flexibility.

Yearly Plan

Yearly plans offer cost savings compared to the monthly options and ensure you have the credits you need for long-term campaigns.

As with the monthly plans, unused credits carry over to the next year, provided your account stays active. This allows you to use your credits at your own pace, giving you the freedom to plan campaigns ahead of time.
