I have subscribed to Pro but I haven't been upgraded yet?

There are two common reasons you might be encountering this issue:

  1. The status may not yet be updated on your account. Please try logging out and back in to see if the status reflects the update.

  2. You may have upgraded a different account. Ensure that you’re logged into the account that was actually upgraded. Upon upgrade, you should receive a confirmation email.
